目的：探讨风险评估管理在老年精神病房中的应用效果。方法将该院老年科2013年12月-2015年12月收治的老年精神患者122例作为研究对象，随机分为两组，每组61例，对61例观察组老年精神病患者实施常规护理+风险评估管理；对61例对照组老年精神病患者实施常规护理；观察对比护理人员针对患者掌握情况评分以及出现意外风险等方面存在的差异。结果在护理人员针对患者掌握情况评分方面，观察组为（85.61±3.08）分，对照组为（77.39±1.27）分，前者高于后者老年精神病患者（P<0.05）；观察组患者中，出现意外风险的患者7例（11.48%），对照组出现意外风险的患者21例（34.43%）；前者低于后者老年精神病患者（P<0.05）。结论医院针对老年精神病房实施风险评估管理，能够确保护理人员针对患者的疾病情况进行有效掌握，有效做好意外风险防范措施，最终将医院护理质量显著提高。%Objective To study the application effect of risk evaluation management in the geriatric psychiatry ward. Meth-ods 122 cases of senile mental patients admitted and treated in the department of geriatrics in our hospital from December 2013 to December 2015 randomly divided into two groups with 61 cases in each, the observation group adopted the routine nursing and risk evaluation management, while the control group adopted the routine nursing, and the mastery degree of nursing staff to patients and accidents were observed and compared. Results The mastery degree score in the observation group was (85.61±3.08)scores and in the control group was (77.39±1.27)scores, and the incidence rate of accidents in the observation group was lower than that in the control group[(7 cases(11.48%) vs 21 cases(34.43%)(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of risk evaluation management in the geriatric psychiatry ward by the hospital can ensure the nursing staff effectively master the disease of patients, and effectively adopt the accidental risk preventive measures thus obviously im-proving the hospital nursing quality.
