社会支持状态对结核病患者治疗积极性的影响分析

摘要

目的：探讨社会支持状态对结核病患者治疗积极性的影响。方法选择2015年6月-2016年10月期间在该院接受诊治的结核病患者82例，根据患者社会支持程度的高低将其均匀分作社会支持较高组与社会支持较低组，每组各41例，对两组在不同社会支持状态之下的治疗积极性进行比对分析。结果社会支持较高组患者的治疗积极性为95.1%，明显高于社会支持较低组患者治疗积极性73.2%（P<0.05）。结论对于患有结核病的患者治疗而言，社会支持状态会对患者产生极为直接、明显的影响，社会支持度愈高，结核病患者的治疗积极性也会较高，患者的治疗效果才会得到坚实保障。%Objective To study the effect of social support state on the treatment enthusiasm of patients with tuberculosis. Methods 82 cases of patients with tuberculosis treated in our hospital from June 2015 to October 2016 were selected and divided into two groups with 41 cases in each according to the social support degree, and treatment enthusiasm of the two groups was compared and analyzed. Results The treatment enthusiasm of the high support group was obviously higher than that in the low support group(95.1%vs 73.2%)(P<0.05). Conclusion The social support state can have a direct and obvious effect on the patients with tuberculosis, and the higher the social support degree, the higher the treatment enthusiasm of pa-tients with tuberculosis, only in this way can the treatment effect be solidly ensured.
