护士分层级管理模式对提高护理管理质量的作用

     

摘要

目的:探索护士分层级管理模式对提高护理管理质量的作用。方法选取2015年5月-2016年1月该院从事护理工作的82位护理人员作为研究对象设为观察组,将2014年10月-2015年5月的82位护理人员设为对照组,对对照组进行常规护理管理,而对观察组进行分层管理模式管理,对比其实施前和实施后患者满意度和护理质量。结果实施分层级护理管理前得分分别为基础护理(87.35±6.39)分、病房护理(85.33±5.39)分,优质护理(86.47±3.27)以及护理不当事件共21件,而实施后得分分别为基础护理(95.44±5.17)分、病房护理(92.26±4.71)分,优质护理(91.61±3.38)分以及发生护理不当事件共3件,相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施前护理人员满意度,为89.02%,而实施后护理人员满意度为98.78%,相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护士采用分层级管理模式可有效提高护理管理质量,值得临床大力推广。%Objective To explore the effect of nurse grading management model in improving the nursing management quality. Methods 82 cases of nursing staff engaged in the nursing work in our hospital from May 2015 to January 2016 were selected as the observation group, and 82 cases of nursing staff from October 2014 to May 2015 were selected as the control group, and the control group adopted the routine nursing management, while the observation group adopted the grading management model, and the satisfactory degree and nursing quality before and after implementation were compared. Results The differences in the basic nursing score, ward nursing score, excellent nursing score, improper nursing events and satis-factory degree before and after implementation were obvious with statistical significance [(87.35±6.39)scores, (85.33±5.39) scores (86.47±3.27)scores, 21, 89.02% vs (95.44±5.17)scores, (92.26±4.71)scores, (91.61±3.38)scores, 3, 98.78%], (P<0.05). Conclusion The grading management model of nurses can effectively improve the nursing management quality, which is worth great promotion in clinic.
