探讨PDCA循环应用在医院感染管理中的效果

摘要

目的：研究探讨PDCA循环应用在医院感染管理中的效果。方法将该院PDCA实施之前和PDCA实施之后医院感染管理的工作进行对比。结果在实施了PDCA循环管理之后，医院中的感染率明显比实施之前降低，而医务人员手卫生的合格率、空气质量以及物体表面卫生的合格率也要高于实施之前，病患的抗菌药使用剂量明显要低于实施PDCA循环管理之前。结论 PDCA循环管理应用在医院感染管理中具有良好的效果，能够降低医院感染的发生概率，值得在临床上进行推广。%Objective To study the application effect of PDCA circulation in the hospital infection management. Methods The hospital infection management work before and after the implementation of PDCA was compared. Results After the im-plementation, the infection rate in the hospital obviously decreased, but the qualified rate of hand hygiene of medical staff, air quality and article surface health was also higher than that before the implementation, and the antibacterial dosage of patients was obviously lower than that before the implementation of PDCA circulation management. Conclusion PDCA cir-culation management has a good application effect in the hospital infection management, which can reduce the occurrence probability of hospital infection, and it is worth promotion in clinic.
