县级中医医院医疗纠纷现状及解决途径分析

摘要

Objective:medical disputes in recent three years of some county Chinese medicine hospital was take as an example to find out the existing problems to give suggestions for the improvement of the medical dispute processing.Method:Medical disputes occurred from 2010 to 2012 were col ected from some county Chinese medicine hospital and the data were analyzed from multi-angles.Result:the number of medical disputes were stable and reduced. But some problems stil existed during the processing.Conclusion:improvement of the internal management of the hospital,stronger doctor-patient communication, participation in medical liability insurance, in accordance with law and correct guidance of public opinion would help to solve medical disputes.%目的：了解某县级中医医院近三年医疗纠纷发生情况，找出存在问题，为进一步改进医疗纠纷处理工作提出建议。方法：收集某县级中医医院2010年-2012年医疗纠纷发生情况并进行多角度的分析。结果：医疗纠纷发生数量稳定，医闹减少。但在处理方式上仍存在一定问题。结论：完善医院内部管理，加强医患沟通，参加医疗责任保险，坚持依法处理以及正确引导舆论有利于医疗纠纷的解决。
