从阴阳“同性相斥、异性相吸”理解经脉循环

摘要

Objectives:To understand the order of the meridian circulation. Methods:We firstly explain why the 12 meridian circulation starts from the Lung meridian, ends up the Liver meridian and returns to the Lung meridian from the circulation of qi and blood. Secondly, the effect of“opposites attract, likes repel”of yin and yang takes effect in every cycle of the meridian circulation. Thirdly, the effect of“repulsion between the same nature”links the yin meridians in chest and abdomen, making the three cycles a fully-formed twelve meridians circulation. Finally, the order of the ying qi running in Ren and Du Meridians is Ren Meridian ascending and Du Meridian descending separately. Results and Conclusion:The effect of“opposites attract, likes repel”which acting as a basic role forms the order of the meridian circulation.%目的：理解经脉循环的次序。方法：首先从气血循环上解释经脉为什么起自肺经、终于肝经再回流于肺经；第二，阴阳的“同性相斥、异性相吸”在“三阴三阳”经脉循环每一回环均起作用；第三，诸阴间的“同性相斥”作用完成了胸腹部诸阴经间的交接，使三个回环的经脉流注成为一个完整的十二经脉流注次序；第四，任督二脉营气循行是阴升阳降，上下分行。结果和结论：阴阳“同性相斥、异性相吸”作用是经脉循环次序的基础。
