后腹膜胃肠道外间质瘤诊疗分析

摘要

结合我院收治后腹膜胃肠道外间质瘤1例，患者表现为腹部包块，行肿物切除术。病理诊断为后腹膜胃肠道外间质瘤，免疫组化检查CD117（+），CD34（+），DOG1（+），Vimentin（+），MSA（-），S-100（-），actin（-）。探讨后腹膜胃肠道外间质瘤诊断及治疗方法。后腹膜胃肠道外间质瘤为少见恶性肿瘤，肿物以手术为主。%1 cases of extragastrointestinal stromal tumors in Retoperitoneum,side were involved in our research group.The final pathologic examination confirmed extragastrointestinal stromal tumors and CD117(+),CD34(+),DOG1(+),Vimentin(+),MSA(-),S-100(-),actin(-).To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of l extragastrointestinal stromal tumors of bladder.extragastrointestinal stromal tumors in Retoperitoneum is a rarely seen tumor in genitourinary tract.Surgery is the treatment of choice.
