铰链外固定架联合锚钉治疗肘关节脱位合并内侧副韧带断裂的效果观察

摘要

目的：：观察铰链外固定架联合锚钉治疗肘关节脱位合并内侧副韧带断裂患者的临床效果.方法：回顾性分析2013年6月－2015年6月本院诊治的125例肘关节脱位并内侧副韧带断裂患者资料，按照不同治疗方式分为两组，对照组(55例)采用石膏外固定肘关节联合锚钉治疗，研究组(70例)采用铰链外固定架联合锚钉治疗，对比两组临床疗效及并发症.结果：治疗后，两组 MEPS、JOA 及 VAS评分均较治疗前显著改善，且研究组改善情况显著优于对照组(P ＜0．05).结论：铰链外固定架联合锚钉治疗肘关节脱位合并内侧副韧带断裂安全有效.%Objective:To observe the clinical effect of hinged external fixator combined with anchor in the treatment of dislocation of elbow joint complicated with medial collateral ligament rupture.Methods:The clinical data of 125 patients with dislocation of elbow joint complicated with medial collateral ligament rupture who had received treatment in our hospital between June 201 3 and June 201 5 were re-viewed,which were divided into two groups according to the different treatment plans:the control group (n=55)was treated with plaster external fixation and anchor,whereas the study group (n=70)was given hinged external fixator combined with anchor for treatment.The clinical effects and complications in the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the MEPS,JOA and VAS scores in the two groups were all significantly improved,and the improvement in the study group was registered to be more obvious than that in the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion:Hinged external fixator combined with anchor is safe and effective for the treatment of dislocation of elbow joint complicated with medial collateral ligament rupture.
