早产儿视网膜病变筛查的护理配合

摘要

Objective:To discuss the nursing cooperation of retinopathy of prematurity (ROP) screening.Method:A total of 150 cases of premature infants with low birth weight were screened by binocular indirect ophthalmoscope with dilated pupil.Careful monitoring and efficient nursing were given to the infants.Results:The screening doctor completed all fundus examinations successfully and safely.Conclusions:The premature infants are often with lower weight,underdeveloped organs and poor immunity and resistance.To ensure a safe and successful ROP screening,nurses must cooperate with doctors during fundus examination attentively,carefully and scientifically.%目的：：探讨早产儿视网膜病变筛查的护理配合。方法：对2004年5月~2005年3月间就诊于我院、符合筛查标准的150例早产儿进行非麻醉下或麻醉下、散瞳眼底检查，详细记录每例患儿的眼底视网膜情况，给予护理观察和配合。结果：所有患儿均安全、顺利地完成眼底检查。结论：早产儿的体重普遍偏低、器官发育不健全、抵抗力差，免疫力低下，进行眼底检查时需要护士进行科学、细心、安全的配合，有助于医生顺利完成新生儿眼底病变的筛查工作，减少及预防并发症的发生。
