采用圆形吻合器等三种吻合方法治疗食管中上段癌手术疗效探讨

摘要

Objective:the clinical use of different means of stapling technique used to explore the clinical effect of treatment of esophageal carcinoma of superior and middle segments of observed the clinical effect.Methods:A total of 2015 March to 2016 March to our hospital for treatment of esophageal cancer patients for a total of 44 cases,the patients were randomly divided into two groups,respectively,the traditional manual whole layer anastomosis (group A),manual layered anastomosis (group B)and stapler end side anastomosis treatment (Group C).The comparison of three different treatment conditions were observed.Results:The anastomosis time of patients in group C was 16+ 3.0min,which was significantly better than that of A group and B group,with statistical significance (P < 0.05).Conclusion:Patients with anastomat of end to side anas-tomosis,can shorten the operation time,using the traditional and manual cost is low,use anastomat complication rate is low and to employ at the top of the thoracic anasto-mosis operation for a long time,but has a low rate of complications.%目的：：对临床上采用不同吻合器手段用于治疗食管中上段癌的临床效果进行探讨,观察临床效果.方法：选取2015年3月到2016年3月于我院就诊的食管中上段癌患者共44例,将患者随机分为两组,分别行传统手工全层吻合(A组)、手工分层吻合(B组)以及吻合器端侧吻合治疗(C 组).对比观察三种不同吻合治疗情况.结果：C组患者的吻合时间为16．0±3．0min,明显优于 A组和 B组,组间比较具有统计学意义(P＜0．05).结论：患者采用吻合器行端侧吻合,能缩短手术时间,使用传统和手工的成本较低,使用吻合器并发症发生率低,且采用胸顶部吻合的手术时间较长,但并发症低.
