血液涂片检查在血液分析中的重要性

摘要

目的 探讨血涂片检查在血液分析中的临床意义.方法 选择我院2014年5月——2015年12月收治的1326例行血常规检查患者的血液标本,所有患者分别进行全自动血液分析仪(对照组)与血涂片检查(观察组),分析两组的检测结果.结果 观察组检测准确率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 血液涂片检查能够促进血液分析准确度的提升,为临床疾病的诊断、治疗提供更为科学的依据,具有极大的临床价值.%Objective To investigate the clinical significance of blood smear in blood analysis.Methods we choosed blood samples of 1326 patients with blood routine examination in our hospital from may 2014 to December 2015,all patients were treated with the automatic blood analyzer(control group)and blood smears(observation group),detection and analysis of the results of two groups.Results the accuracy rate of observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion blood smear examination can improve the accuracy of blood analysis,and provide a scientific basis for the diagnosis and treatment of clinical diseases,and has great clinical value.
