舒适护理在血液透析室整体护理中的应用

摘要

目的 探究舒适护理在血液透析科整体护理中的效果.方法 选取2016年1月到2016年6月间在我院血液科进行透析的患者68例作为研究对象,用数字法分为试验组与对照组,每组各34例,观察两组患者的焦虑程度以及护理满意度.结果 实验组的患者SAS焦虑评分明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者的护理的满意程度优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 舒适护理在血液透析护理应用中取得了良好的效果,可以在临床中大力推广.%Objective To explore the effect of comfort nursing in holistic nursing of hemodialysis department.Methods from January 2016 to June 2016 in our hospital department of Hematology dialysis patients 68 cases as the research object,using digital method was divided into experimental group and control group,34 cases in each group,to observe the anxiety level of the two groups of patients and nursing satisfaction.Results patients in the experimental group of nursing satisfaction than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).conclusions comfortable nursing care in the application has a good effect in hemodialysis.Can be popularized in clinical.
