微创拔牙法与普通拔牙法拔除残根残冠的临床效果对比和分析

摘要

目的 观察分析微创拔牙法与普通拔牙法拔除残根残冠的临床效果.方法 选择我院在2015年3月至2016年6月收治的90例残根残冠患者作为研究对象,根据不同的拔牙方法将其分为实验组45例和对照组45例,对照组患者采取普通拔牙法拔除残根残冠,研究组患者采取微创拔牙法拔除残根残冠,比较两组患者的临床疗效.结果 研究组患者的牙窝不完整情况发生率明显优于对照组,结果差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的断根情况发生率明显优于对照组,结果差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的牙龈撕裂情况发生率明显优于对照组,结果差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对残根残冠患者采取微创拔牙技术,能有效的降低出现牙窝不完整、断根、牙龈撕裂的发生率,能促进术后恢复,值得在临床上推广应用.%Objective To observe the clinical effect of minimally invasive extraction and extraction of residual root and crown.Methods in our hospital in 90 cases of residual crown and root of patients from March 2015 to June 2016 as the object of study,according to the different extraction methods can be divided into experimental group 45 cases and control group 45 cases,control group patients to take root and crown of the ordinary pull method extraction,the study group was treated with micro invasive tooth extraction of residual root crown,compared the clinical efficacy of two groups.Results the study group of patients with incomplete tooth fossa was significantly better than the control group,the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05);the root condition of patients in the study group was significantly better than the control group,the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05);gingival laceration situation of patients in the study group was significantly better than the control group,with the results of statistical significance difference(P<0.05).Conclusion minimally invasive extraction technology of residual crown and root of patients,can effectively reduce the appearance of tooth fossa is incomplete,cleared,the incidence of gingival laceration,promote postoperative recovery,is worthy of clinical application.
