院内感染控制预防中细节管理的临床应用效果分析

摘要

目的 着重于分析住院患者运用细节管理对其院内感染控制质量的影响.方法 将我院2014年2月--2016年5月收治的80例住院患者按随机数字法分为实验组和对照组各40例,实验组采用细节管理,对照组采用传统管理,比较两组患者的护理质量评分、院内感染率.结果 实验组院内感染率为2.5％,护理质量评分为(97.5±2.2)分,明显优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义.结论 细节管理能够降低住院患者的院内感染率,同时提高其护理质量评分,临床应用价值极高.%Objective focuses on the analysis of hospitalized patients using the detail management to the quality of nosocomial infection control.Methods our hospital from February 2014 to May 2016 treated 80 cases of hospitalized patients according to the method of random Numbers are divided into experimental group and the control group(n=40),the experimental group USES the detail management,the control group with traditional management,compared two groups of patients of nursing quality score,nosocomial infections.Results the nosocomial infection rate was 2.5％,(97.5±2.2)for nursing quality score points,was better than control group,significant difference(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion detail management can reduce the nosocomial infection of inpatients,to improve the nursing quality score at the same time,a high value for clinical application.
