目的:探讨气囊尿管运用于妊娠12周以内人工流产术中大出血,紧急止血的效果. 方法:受宫腔球囊运用于产后大出血进行宫腔压迫止血的启示,人流术中大出血经使用宫缩剂及止血剂后,效果不佳,出血继续者,立即给行气囊尿管宫腔压迫止血.即经宫颈将气囊尿管送达宫腔,经注液管注入生理盐水50——70ML,最多可达100ML,使气囊膨胀,压迫宫腔,达到立即止血的目的.经临床实践,效果确切.%Objective:Objective to investigate the effect of the application of balloon catheter in the treatment of massive hemorrhage and emergency hemostasis in induced abortion within 12 weeks.Method:The intrauterine balloon used in postpartum hemorrhage of uterine cavity hemostasis inspiration, abortion bleeding by using uterotonics and hemostatic agent, poor effect, hemorrhage, uterine cavity catheter for hemostasis immediately.That is, through the cervix of the uterus, the balloon catheter is delivered to the uterine cavity, and the saline solution is injected into the saline tube 50——70ML, up to 100ML, so that the air bag is inflated and the uterine cavity is compressed to achieve the purpose of immediate hemostasis.Through clinical practice, the effect is accurate.
