探讨腹腔镜下直肠癌的手术配合护理

摘要

Objective to explore the effectiveness of laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery.Selection methods in January 2016-July 2016 to our hospital during the period of treatment of 40 cases of patients with rectal cancer, patients were performed laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery, randomly divided into control group and research group, are 20 cases, control group adopts surgery with conventional care, the team by surgery and intensive care, nursing staff are following surgery doctors' command.Results group patients intraoperatie blood loss and operation time significantly lower than the control group, the incidence of complications and lower than the control group, nursing satisfaction is higher than the control group, the difference statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion found after clinical treatment, surgery for patients with intensive care, can significantly improve the treatment effect of laparoscopic colorectal cancer radical, reduce the complications and the blood loss during operation, and improve nursing satisfaction, is worth in the clinical application and promotion.%目的:探讨分析腹腔镜下直肠癌手术配合护理的效果.方法:选取2016年1月-2016年7月期间来我院治疗的40例直肠癌患者,患者均进行腹腔镜下直肠癌手术治疗,随机将其分为对照组和研究组,均为20例,对照组采用手术配合常规护理,研究组采用手术配合加强护理,护理人员均遵从手术医师指挥.结果:研究组患者的术中出血量和手术时间明显低于对照组,并发症发生率也低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:经过临床治疗发现,对患者进行手术配合加强护理,可以显著提高腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术的治疗效果,减少并发症和术中的出血量,并且提高了护理满意度,值得在临床应用和推广.
