复杂地质条件下液压振动锤陆上打设大直径钢管桩

以委内瑞拉卡贝略新集装箱码头项目钢管桩施工为实例，对复杂地质条件下大直径钢管桩采用液压振动锤进行陆上施工的设备选型、施工方法、最终承载力复核及施工工序优化等进行了分析和探讨，施工工艺科学合理，极大提高了施工效率。%Based on the steel pile construction on the new container terminal of Puerto Cabello, Venezuela, we analyzed and discussed the equipment selection, construction method, review of ultimate bearing capacity, and optimization of the piling process for the onshore construction of large diameter steel piles with hydraulic vibratory hammer under complicated geological conditions. The construction technology is scientific and reasonable, and greatly improves the construction efficiency.
