工厂法预制沉管钢筋笼变形控制

         

摘要

港珠澳大桥岛隧工程预制沉管节段长22.5 m、宽37.95 m、高11.4 m,钢筋重量达1100 t,采用工厂法流水施工。钢筋在绑扎台座分区绑扎并依次顶推,与普通工程项目钢筋施工不同,预制沉管钢筋笼的精度不仅取决于绑扎的精度,还与钢筋笼刚度、顶推和体系转换施工的精度及其过程中的变形控制等因素密切相关,港珠澳大桥岛隧工程在预制沉管钢筋笼质量控制方面针对性地采取了变形控制措施,取得了很好的效果。%The precast immersed tube tunnel for the Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge island and tunnel project has 22.5 m length, 37.95 m width, 11.4 m height, and the steel weight is 1 100 t, used the factory method for flow construction. The steel was partitioned banding in banding pedestal and was pushed in turn. It is different from the steel construction of general projects that, the steel cage accuracy of prefabricated immersed tube depends on the accuracy of binding, and also has closely related with the stiffness of steel cage, pushing and the accuracy of system conversion, and the deformation control during the process. The deformation control measures were adopted for the quality control of the prefabricated immersed tube steel cage in the Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge island and tunnel project, and have achieved good results.
