反铲挖泥船施工状态整船有限元强度分析计算

             

摘要

结合反铲挖泥船的特殊结构和工作原理,建立全船结构有限元模型包括所有的外板、甲板、横舱壁、纵舱壁以及所有的横纵向加强结构;施加边界条件;阐述船舶典型工况下的载荷以及工况选择.计算不同工况下反铲挖泥船的整船应力分布,通过全船模型有限元分析法评估船体结构强度,优化船体局部结构,根据GB 3811—2008《起重机设计规范》校核疲劳强度.该方法已成功应用于国内大型反铲挖泥船上,经实际施工使用,优化后船体强度满足施工要求.%According to the special structure and working principle of backhoe dredger, we established the finite element model of ship structure, including all the outer plate, deck, transverse bulkhead, longitudinal bulkhead, and all of the horizontal and vertical reinforcing structure;exerted boundary conditions; and expounded the loading and selected working condition of typical conditions. We calculated the whole stress distribution of the backhoe dredger under different conditions, through the whole ship model finite element analysis to evaluate the strength of ship structure, and optimized the local structure, and according to the GB 3811-2008 Design rules for cranes to check its fatigue strength. This method has been successfully applied on a large backhoe dredger belonging to a Chinese dredging company. After in practical dredging, the optimized ship structure meets the functional requirements of practical dredging.
