乙醇浸提法提取花生壳黄酮类化合物的工艺研究

         

摘要

本文通过单因素和响应面试验,优化了乙醇浸提法提取花生壳中黄酮类化合物的工艺条件,并得到了回归模型。试验表明,料液比为1:31.5,乙醇体积分数为72%,提取温度为77.35℃时,花生壳中黄酮类化合物的提取量为7.32mg/g。%Process conditions of extracting flavonoids from peanut hull by ethanol extraction were optimized by single factor and response surface experiment, and the regression model was obtained. The results showed that when material liquid ratio was 1:31.5, ethanol concentration 72%, extraction temperature 77.35℃, extraction rate of flavonoids was 7.32mg/g.
