济南市售蔬菜中重金属污染状况及质量评价

In this paper, the main city of heavy metal pollution in vegetables sold in Jinan market were analyzed and evaluated. The study found content of heavy metal elements was Zn>Cu>Pb>Cr in leafy vegetables, Zn>Cr>Cu>Pb in root vegetables, Zn>Cu>Cr>Pb in fruit vegetable. The heavy metal content in leek, potato and cucumber in vegetables was relatively high. In 107 samples of vegetables in the detected, the maximum comprehensive pollution index was 2.1517, and the minimum was 0.0342, four kinds of heavy metals pollution is the most serious in Pb, Cu and Zn pollution is relatively less than Pb and Cr pollution.%本文对济南市主要市售蔬菜的重金属污染状况进行了分析和评价。研究发现在所测的蔬菜样品中，叶菜类蔬菜重金属元素含量为Zn>Cu>Pb>Cr，根菜类为Zn>Cr>Cu>Pb，果菜类为Zn>Cu>Cr>Pb。蔬菜中韭菜、土豆和黄瓜的重金属含量相对较高。在所检测的107个蔬菜样品中，综合污染指数最大为2.1517，最小为0.0342，4种重金属中Pb污染最严重，Cu和Zn污染小于Pb和Cr的。
