甜瓜离体培养再生体系研究进展

摘要

This paper studied ways of muskmelon in vitro regeneration, and the effects of vitro regeneration of muskmelon, including genotype, explant, culture factors and plant growth regulating substance. The problems existing in the research were discussed, and the prospect of application and development prospects of vitro regeneration of muskmelon.%本文综述了甜瓜离体再生途径，研究了基因型、外植体、培养基及植物生长调节物质等因素对甜瓜离体再生培养的影响，对研究中存在的问题进行了探讨，并对甜瓜离体培养再生的应用发展前景进行了展望，旨在为甜瓜离体培养再生体系的研究提供理论依据。
