沸腾冷却床调试及关键参数设置

摘要

本文主要阐述DWFA沸腾冷却床在使用过程中结合生产实际情况对其运行参数调整的过程,并对沸腾冷却床的三段加水作用及参数调整做了详细的描述,特别是通过沸腾冷却床第三段加水的PID调节控制的参数设定,最终实现粘土砂铸造生产中的旧砂水分含量的自动控制.%The adjusting prosess of operation parameters of Model DWFA boiling bed for cooling combined with the real production conditions has mainly been espounded with details in function of adding water in three period as well as adjusting parameters of the boiling bed, especially the parsmeters setting for the third period water addition cotrolled by PID adjustment so as to realize at last an automatic control of moisture content of old sand during casting production with clay sand molding.
