通过西门子模拟仿真软件PLCSIM,人机界面Wincc flexible,标准PID算法和树脂砂热法再生炉模型模拟调试PID参数,将模拟后的PID参数应用于树脂砂热法再生炉的温度控制。通过前期的模拟仿真调试,指导现场调试人员迅速获得最佳PID运行参数,减少项目工程现场调试时间,缩短工期,节约投资。%The PID parameters are analogue debuggedby using Siemens simulation software PLCSIM, HMI Wincc flexible, standard PID algorithm and thermal reclamation of resin bonded sands model. Such PID parameters are applied to the temperature control of the thermal reclamation of resin bonded sands. The method is in favor of shorting engineering debug time of the PID parameters and reducing the travel costs.
