This study presents the whole process, the major innovations which were validated according to the production, the practical effects of the design for a foundry workshop with an annual production of 100 000 tons on 7~12 L engine castings, providing valuable engineering data and related references for the design of foundry workshop in this industry.%介绍了年产10万t 7~12 L发动机缸体、缸盖铸件车间设计的整个过程，根据项目特点进行的各项创新，以及这些创新点经过生产验证的实际效果。对铸造车间设计有一定的借鉴作用。
