大型蠕墨铸铁气缸体材料工艺开发及应用

摘要

从蠕化处理设备、材料、工艺控制三个方面进行研究和试验验证，开发出适合批量生产大型蠕墨铸铁气缸体的蠕化处理工艺，结合生产实际及检测结果论证了工艺实施的可行性和有效性，并批量生产出蠕化率80%以上的大型蠕墨铸铁气缸体。%Through research and trail of equipment, material and process, mass production process of big CGI cylinder blocks was developed, experience and result testified feasibility and validity of this process, big CGI cylinder blocks whose nodularity lower than 20% were produced in batches.
