WP10曲轴箱新工艺的设计开发

             

摘要

针对 WP10曲轴箱一箱两件铸造工艺出品率低、生产成本高、生产效率低的不足,设计开发了一箱三件铸造新工艺,并将浇注系统最小截面积计算公式应用于 WP10曲轴箱工艺的设计中。通过新工艺的开发与优化,有效提高了工艺出品率,提升了生产效率,达到了降本增效的目的。%For the shortages of low technological yield, high production costs and low productivity in casting process of two blanks in one mould, a new casting process of three blanks in one mould was designed and developed in the paper. The calculation formula of minimum sectional area in gating system was applied into the design of WP10 crankcase castings process. According to the development and optimization of the new process, the technological yield and productivity are effectively increased, and the aim of increasing effectiveness is reached.
