Fe-Cr-B耐磨合金研究进展

         

摘要

Fe-Cr-B alloy is a new type of iron-based wear-resistant material.Its wear-resistant skeleton is M2B eutectic boride with high hardness.The research results of recent years have been reviewed in the text from aspects of alloy composition,microstructure characteristics,heat treatment on its microstructure and properties,surfacing microstructure and thermal spray coating.Based on the research and current application status of Fe-Cr-B alloys,the development trend of the Fe-Cr-B alloys has been prospected,and some issues worthy of attention in the development of Fe-Cr-B alloys have been put forward for reference of the future research and industrial production of Fe-Cr-B alloys.%Fe-Cr-B合金作为一种新型铁基耐磨材料,其抗磨骨架是具有高硬度的M2B共晶硼化物.从其合金成分、显微组织特点、热处理对其组织性能的影响、堆焊组织以及热喷涂涂层等方面,综述了近年来的研究成果.在阐述Fe-Cr-B合金的研究与应用现状的基础上,对其发展趋势作了展望,提出开发Fe-Cr-B合金值得重视的若干问题,为今后Fe-Cr-B合金在工业生产中的研究和应用提供参考.
