膈膜油缸快速加压过程的数值仿真与实验研究

         

摘要

针对二板机合模机构高压锁模泄漏及开模冲击的问题,提出一种改进方案.采用膈膜式油缸增压单元,取代目前纯液压式的增压方式.建立膈膜油缸高压锁模及开模的数学模型,并对快速加压过程进行数值仿真,通过实验数据对理论结果做出验证.利用膈膜油缸可以密闭高压油的特点,解决增压单元经常漏油的问题,通过寻求最佳背压点及斜率的控制方式,协调开模响应和开模冲击的关系.研究表明,基于目前的二板机控制设备,可以实现对膈膜油缸的控制,在解决锁模单元漏油和开模冲击的问题上有实用价值.%In order to solve the problem of high pressure die-locking leakage and mold opening impact of the two-platen mould clamping mechanism,an improved proposal has been proposed.The diaphragm-type cylinder booster unit has been adopted to replace the current pure hydraulic booster.A mathematical model for the high pressure mode locking and mold opening of the diaphragm cylinder has been established,and a numerical simulation of the rapid pressurization process has been performed.The theoretical results have been verified by experimental data.The problem of frequent oil leakage in the booster unit has been solved by diaphragm oil cylinder since it can seal the high-pressure oil.By seeking the best back pressure point and slope control method,the relationship between open mold response and open mold impact has been coordinated.The research shows that the current two-platen machine control equipment can realize the control of the diaphragm film cylinder,which has practical value in solving the problem of oil leakage and mold opening impact of the mold clamping unit.
