汽车涡轮增压器耐热钢涡壳壳型叠箱真空吸铸工艺研究

         

摘要

采用真空吸铸工艺生产耐热钢涡壳,补缩凝固保压时间较长,生产节拍较慢,且单箱吸铸生产,生产效率较低,难以满足大批量产业化的要求.为此,创新工艺,采用壳型叠箱造型工艺与真空吸铸工艺相结合,明显提高了生产效率,亦可实现自动化、产业化生产.%The production of heat resistant steel turbo shell by use of vacuum suction casting process has long feeding,solidification,and packing time as well as slow production cycle.Besides,the efficiency of single box suction casting production is low,which is difficult to meet the requirements of mass industrialization.Therefore,the process innovation,which combines shell type stack molding technology with vacuum suction casting process,has obviously improved the production efficiency and realized automation as well as the industrialization production.
