奥氏体耐热钢涡壳铸造工艺研究

         

摘要

涡壳是汽车涡轮增压器中重要的组成部件,因其与发动机排气管相连接,直接接受从发动机中排出的高温废气,所以它的工作环境相当恶劣,对铸件生产提出了新的更高的要求。针对整体结构复杂、壁厚不均匀的GT25型涡壳进行制造研究,选择奥氏体耐热钢作为壳体材料,并且严格控制原砂质量,通过优化砂芯制造、上涂料、烘焙、组芯到浇铸等一系列关键工艺流程,提高了壳体整体质量,使其满足设计需要,减少了铸造缺陷引起的报废及返修,降低了生产成本和周期。%The turbine housing is an important component of automobile turbocharger, because of it is connected with engine exhaust pipe, directly accept the high temperature exhaust gas discharged from the engine, so it’s working environment is bad, put forward new and higher requirements for casting production. In this paper, according to the GT25 type turbine housing which structure is complex, uneven wall thickness were studied, through repeated demonstration and experiment, ifnally chose austenitic heat resistant steel as the material of the shell, and strictly control the quality of raw sand, sand core manufacturing by optimizing, the coating, baking, core to the casting and a series of key processes, improve the overall quality of shell, which can meet the design requirements, reduced scrap and rework caused by casting defects, reduce production cost and cycle time.
