轮毂铸造工艺设计及数值模拟

             

摘要

轮毂是装在汽车轴上的金属部件,要求抗疲劳能力强.采用AnyCasting模拟软件对轮毂进行充型和凝固模拟以及缺陷预测,对浇注系统各浇道截面及尺寸进行详细计算,配合使用冒口和冷铁,将铸造缺陷减少到最低程度,大部分缺陷转移到冒口和浇注系统,从而找到最佳工艺参数,为轮毂生产提供了电脑辅助设计,保证了轮毂的生产质量.%The wheel hub is a metal part mounted on the axle of the automobile which requires strong antifatigue ability.The anycasting simulation software has been used to simulate the filling and solidification of the hub and predict the defects.The runner sections and dimensions of the pouring system have been calculated in detail.With the adoption of risers and chills,the casting defects have been reduced to the lowest degree,most of which has been transferred to the riser and pouring system.Thus in this way,the optimum process parameters have been obtained.It provides computer-aided design to the production of the hub,which ensures the production quality of the hub.
