研究了WC颗粒在过共析钢基体材料内的分布及对过共析钢基体材料组织及力学性能的影响.结果表明:WC颗粒对于过共析钢基体力学性能显著提高,颗粒主要在基体晶界上分布,WC颗粒加入基体后约5min基体材料综合性能最好,同时随着时间的延长,WC颗粒逐渐分解并形成新的碳化物.%The distribution of WC particle in the hyper-eutectoid steeland the influence of WC particle on microstructure and properties of hyper-eutectoid steel have been studied,as well as the influence of WC particle dissolution time in molten steel.The results show that WC particle which enhances the mechanicals of hyper-eutectoid steel mainly distributes in the grain boundary of hyper-eutectoid steel matrix;the comprehensive performance of matrix material is the optimum when WC particles dissolute in the molten steel of hyper-eutectoid steel for 5 min;meanwhile,WC particle has been gradually decomposedand formed new carbides with the increasing dissolution time.
