1 .Introduction Lost foam casting (LFC) process represents an important milestone in development of new casting technology, and is called as an innovative technology for tomorrow. At present, many studies on aluminum alloy associated with LFC process mainly concentrate on the casting process itself and its coating, thermal residual transformation,
