By means of field trips, interview and questionnaires, understood comprehensively the current situation of the under-forest economy in Yunnan province, Point out the existing problems, such as the ideological understanding is low, Dolicy understanding opaque, forest workers lack of founds and technclogy then briefly discussed the countermeasures of the development of under-forest economy, including Strengthen the propaganda, aslension forest workers' ideology, inuease the technical support, strengthen the sernie to proulde a strong guarantee.%　　通过实地考察、走访、发放问卷等方式，全面了解云南省林下经济发展现状，针对思想认识不高，政策理解不透，林农缺乏相关的资金、技术等问题，提出了当前形势下发展林下经济要加强宣传，提升农户思想认识；加大技术、资金支持；强化服务，提供强有力保障等建议。
