城市居民森林食品需求影响因素研究——以哈尔滨市为例

This paper has analyzed purchase of forest food by investigating 808 respondents who live in Harbin. After building regression model of the residents’willingness to buy forest food, purchase number and amount, this paper has found main effective factors of urban residents’demand for forest food. Regression results show that family income and understanding level of forest food impact urban residents’ demand for forest food greatly, and gender, marital status, broadcast television, expert consultation also affect residents’demand for forest food.%　　以哈尔滨市808个被调查者为研究对象，分析了他们对森林食品的购买情况，构建了是否购买森林食品、购买次数和购买金额的回归模型，得出了影响城市居民森林食品需求的主要因素。研究结果表明，城市居民森林食品的需求受家庭平均月收入和对森林食品的了解程度影响较大，性别、婚姻状况以及通过报纸杂志、广播电视获取森林食品信息的途径和专家现场咨询的宣传方式也有一定的影响。
