兰坪云岭省级自然保护区存在的问题与管理对策

摘要

通过对天保工程期间兰坪云岭省级自然保护区基本情况进行介绍，从资源保护的角度出发，针对保护区存在的管理机构不健全、管理体系一直未理顺等主要问题，提出在天保工程二期应调整管理体系、将保护区管理机构纳入天保工程实施单位并建立长期有效的联动管理体制等对策建议。%This paper introduce the basic information about Lanping Yunling provincial nature protection area during Nature Forest Protection Program, in the view of protecting resource, aiming at some primary problems like insufficient management organization and dull management system all the time, proposing some countermeasures and suggestions about adjusting a system of management during the second stage of Nature Forest Protection Program, putting management organization into the implementation agency of Nature Forest Protection Program and establishing effective and confederate management system in a long time.
