高等学校资金使用效益的思考

摘要

从研究如何提高高校资金使用效益问题入手，用有限的资金经费促进高校教育、科研资金不断发展，提高资金的使用效益。在这些基础上，着重分析了目前我国高校财务管理中资金使用效益不高的主要原因，分析造成高校资金使用效益低下的问题，提出提高高校资金使用效率的对策与建议。%Based on the problems of how to improve the using efficiency of the capital of colleges and universities, to solve these problems, and to promote the development of higher education, scientific research funds with limited funding, and improving the using efficiency of capital. On this basis, this paper focuses on the analysis of the main causes that the fund use efficiency is not high in the financial management in colleges and universities of our country. And it point out the problem of low efficiency in the use of funds, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for improving efficiency in the use of university funds according to these problems one by one.
