Based on the investation, this paper analysed the basic situation and current problems that exist in exploiting bamboo resources, then put forward the development pattern and development strategies of banboo industry.%在实地调研的基础上，深入分析方竹资源开发的基本情况和存在的主要问题，针对性地提出未来的发展模式和思路。
