单板明度值在单板拼花制品中的应用

摘要

At the time of making veneer mosaic products,through the veneer brightness values,we can preliminarily conclude every veneer unit types of mosaic products,and then through the way of artificial visual inspection,according to inosculation of veneer grain and products design,ultimately determine each unit species of mosaic products.Using this method,we can effectively improve the production efficiency,meet the demand of the industrialized production of the surface veneer mosaic decoration such as furniture,wall plate,reduce the rely on the artificial visual screening veneer color deviation between mosaic products,improve the quality of mosaic products.%在制作单板拼花制品时,通过单板自身的明度值来初步筛选单板拼花制品中各部分单板组成单元的种类,然后再通过人工目测的方式,依据单板的纹理等与单板拼花制品图案的吻合度,最终确定组成整个单板拼花制品中各组成单元所采用的单板种类.采用此方法,可有效提高生产效率,满足家具、墙体板等表面单板拼花装饰工业化生产的需求,减少单纯依靠人工目测筛选单板所造成的各拼花制品间的色彩偏差,提高拼花制品质量.
