榫卯的传承——从明式家具结构的工艺美到现代实木家具结构的技术美

摘要

明式家具代表了我国古代家具制造技术的顶峰,其精湛的技术、端庄大气的造型为后世提供了丰富的灵感来源;现代制造技术的进步,尤其是机械设备、材料的发展,使得现代实木家具有了强大的技术支持.笔者从明式家具榫卯精妙的构成形式、功能性与装饰性兼具的结构类型探讨了明式家具工艺美,并从现代实木家具结构形式的创新等探讨了现代榫卯的技术美.指出:就美的形式而言,现代榫卯结构的技术美既是对传统榫卯工艺的一种创新,也是对传统家具工艺美的一种传承;技术美与工艺美的相互融合是现代家具设计的一种趋势.%Ming-style furniture which represents the pinnacle of ancient Chinese furniture manufacturing technology,provides a lot of inspiration for the followers about its exquisite technology and dignified atmosphere model.Modern manufacturing technologies,especially the development of machinery,equipment and materials have been a strong technical support for modem solid wood furniture.Authors of this paper explore the beauty of Ming style furniture from the exquisite furniture construction,function and decoration structure of mortise and tenon,and discuss the technical beauty of modem mortise and tenon from the innovation of modern solid wood furniture.Pointed out that the technologic beauty of modern mortise and tenon structure is not only an innovation to traditional tenon technology,but also a kind of inheritance of traditional furniture craftsmanship from the form law of aesthetics.The mutual integration of technique aesthetics and craftsmanship is a trend of modern furniture design.
