木器漆漆膜发白机理分析

摘要

In this paper,the reason why white discoloration of wood lacquer was investigated by analyzing 505 pieces of lacquer wood furniture from a furniture company in Guangdong province.These furniture were returned to be repaired because of white discoloration from 2014 to 2015.The date of manufacture,time of complaint,and possible reason of white discoloration of each piece of furniture were investigated.The results show that the reasons of white discoloration on lacquer wood furniture can be grouped into four categories:1) high moisture content of wood substrate;2) manufacturing environment;3) manufacturing procedure;4) wood lacquer formula.%笔者对广东省某家具公司2014-2015年度由于涂料发白原因被送厂返修的共505件木质家具产品进行了分析统计,分析投诉产品的生产月份与投诉时间,以及可能造成发白的原因.结果表明引发木器漆漆膜发白的原因可归结为基材含水率过高、施工环境、施工工艺及工人操作规范性、涂料本身四个方面.
