木家具直线封边工段质量管控探析

从直线封边现状入手,分析了封边材料、封边胶合温度、基材特性、基材尺寸大小等方面因素对直线封边质量的影响,提出了木家具直线封边工段的质量管控方法,包括质量缺陷产生的原因和改进的措施与方法,以期为家具企业进行封边工段管理提供借鉴.%Based on the status quo of linear edge bonding,authors analyze how edge bonding materials,edge bonding glue temperature,properties and dimension of substrate and other factors affect the quality of linear edge bonding,put forward quality control approach applied to linear edge bonding procedure of wooden furniture,comprising causes of quality defects,correction measures and methods,so as to provide reference to furniture enterprises for edge bonding procedure management.
