负氧离子胶合板制备与性能分析

     

摘要

电气石粉具有改善空气中的负氧离子含量的作用,以改性电气石粉作为功能材料,通过改变改性电气石粉在胶黏剂中的添加量,制备三层胶合板.对制成的板材进行物理力学性能检测与分析,结果表明:负氧离子释放量随着电气石粉添加量的增加而增大,从未添加的36个/cm3增大到添加5%~7%改性电气石的425~570个/cm3,提高了12~16倍,且持续60 d负氧离子含量恒定;甲醛释放量随着电气石粉的增加而减少,从未添加的1.17 mg/L降到添加5%~7%改性电气石的0.17~0.11 mg/L;胶合强度随着电气石粉添加量的增加而减小,从未添加的0.918 MPa减小到添加5%~7%改性电气石的0.858~0.837MPa.%By using tourmaline powder to improve the content of negative oxygen ion in air,three layers of plywood were prepared with modified tourmaline powder as functional material.The physical and mechanical properties of the produced plywood were analyzed.The results showed that the negative oxygen ion release rate increased with increasing amount of tourmaline,increases from 36 ions/cm3 (not added) to 425~570 ions/cm3 (added 5%~ 7%),increased by nearly 12~16 times,the concentration for 60 days of negative oxygen ion was constant;formaldehyde emission decreases with the increase of tourmaline powders,from 1.17 mg/L(not added) to 0.17~0.11 mg/L(added5%~7%);the bond strength decreases with the increase of amount of tourmaline,decreased from 1.1 MPa (not added)to 0.858~0.837 MPa(added 5%~7%).
