Authors of this paper analyze the dynamics and electricity of the cutting process when using the BX4912/5 knife shaft flaker,and considering the long time lag,big inertia and nonlinearity of cutting-torque,a control system is modeled based on the sliding mode theory,the stability is analyzed and the simulation is carried out.Numerical simulations illustrate that the performances of the control system is improved effectively,it has theoretical guiding significance for the design and manufacture of the equipment.%对BX4912/5长材刨片机切削过程的电学与动力学问题进行分析,并针对切削过程大滞后、大惯性和非线性等特点,设计了滑模变结构转矩控制器,分析了稳定性并进行了仿真.结果表明滑模变结构控制方法能够有效改善系统性能,对于设备的设计制造具有理论指导意义.
