目的：对比分析早期股骨头缺血坏死的X线平片、CT、MR影像诊断价值。方法选取该院2012年1月—2013年12月间收治的早期股骨头缺血坏死患者50例60个早期股骨头缺血坏死，患者均按照X线、CT、MR影像进行诊断检查。结果 X线平片、CT、MR影像对于早期股骨头缺血坏死的阳性率分别为25.0%，66.6%和93.3%。结论 X线平片、CT、MR三项影像诊断对早期股骨头缺血坏死诊断的阳性率由高到低依此为MR、CT和X线平片，其中，MR具有较强的敏感性，又无电离辐射，是检查早期股骨头缺血坏死最好的方法，值得临床推广使用。%Objective To compare and analyze the value of X-ray, CT and MR in the diagnosis of early avascular necrosis of the femoral head. Methods 50 cases with early avascular necrosis of the femoral head (60 early avascular necrosis of the femoral head) admitted in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2013 were selected. X-ray, CT, MR examination were performed in the patients for diagnosis. Results The positive rate of X-ray, CT, MR image for the diagnosis of early avascular necrosis of femoral head was 25.0%, 66.6%, 93.3%, respectively. Conclusion The positive rate of X-ray, CT, MR for the diagnosis of early avascular necrosis of the femoral head from high to low was MR, CT, X-ray. MR has stronger specificity without ionizing radiation, it is the best method for examining early avascular necrosis of the femoral head, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
