小儿心肌炎的临床分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics and treatment of children with myocarditis.Methods 106 patients with myocarditis admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and the observation group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine treatment,and patients in the observation group were treated with fructose diphosphate on the basis of routine treatment. The therapeutic effect of two groups was observed.Results The total effective rate of the patients in the observation group was 100%,while that of the patients in the control group was 86.79%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical symptoms in children with myocarditis are sweating,pallor, fatigue, precordial discomfort, chest tightness, chest pain. Creatine phosphate applied to clinical practice for the disease has good clinical effect and treatment value, which is worthy of clinical promotion.%目的：分析小儿心肌炎的临床特点及治疗方法。方法将该院收治的106例患者按治疗先后分为对照组和观察组，临床对对照组患者主要采用常规治疗，观察组患者在常规治疗的基础上给予二磷酸果糖治疗，并观察两组治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗的总有效率为100%，对照组患者治疗的总有效率为86.79%，两组比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论小儿心肌炎临床表现症状多为多汗、面色苍白、乏力、心前区不适、胸闷、胸痛。临床治疗中磷酸肌酸的应用具有很好的临床作用和诊疗价值，值得临床推广使用。
