丹红注射液用于急诊救治脑梗死患者的临床研究

摘要

Objective To observe the curative effect of Dan Hong injection in the application of treating patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 80 patients with cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were selected as the research object, and they were divided into the experimental group and the control group. The control group was treated with routine western medicine and the experimental group was treated with the addition of Dan Hong in-jection, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was compared. Results The changes of blood rheology parame-ters in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group; the neurological function defect score in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the effective rate in the experi-mental group was 95%,which is better than 75% in the control group, The differences between the two groups were statisti-cally significant (P< 0.05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Dan Hong injection in the emergency treatment of cerebral infarction is significant, which can effectively improve the blood rheology parameters and promote the recovery of neurologi-cal function. So it is worth promoting with its high security.%目的：探讨丹红注射液应用于急诊脑梗死患者的临床救治中的疗效。方法随机选取2014年1月—2015年1月期间该院收治的80例脑梗死患者作为研究对象，将其分成实验组和对照组。对照组患者进行常规西药治疗，实验组患者在此基础上加入丹红注射液治疗，对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果实验组患者的血液流变学参数变化改善程度明显优于对照组；实验组的神经功能缺损评分显著低于对照组，且实验组治疗总有效率为95%优于对照组的75%，两组间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在急诊救治脑梗死上采用丹红注射液治疗，其临床疗效显著，可有效改善患者的血液流变学参数，促进神经功能恢复，安全性高，值得推广使用。
