目的 探讨产妇分娩心理护理方法及效果. 方法 随机选取2013年2月—2014年2月于该院分娩的100例产妇为研究对象,并随机分成研究组和对照组两组,每组50例,对照组采取常规护理,研究组在此基础上实施心理护理,对比分析两组的产妇的HAMD评分、SDS评分、自然分娩率、护理满意度及并发症发生率. 结果 护理后研究组HAMD评分(16.5±3.3)分,对照组HAMD评分(21.3±1.2)分,研究组SDS(39.3±5.5)分,对照组SDS(46.3±5.3)分,研究组HAMD评分及SDS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05). 研究组护理满意度92.00%,对照组护理满意度76.00%. 自然分娩率研究组58.00%,对照组自然分娩率32.00%,研究组产后并发症发生率4.00%,研究组护理满意度、自然分娩率显著高于对照组,并发症发生显著低于对照组,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05). 结论 在产妇分娩前、中、后等阶段加强心理护理可改善产妇的心理状态,减轻其心理负性情绪,促进机体康复,值得推广应用.%Objective To explore the method and effect of psychological nursing for puerperants with childbirth. Methods 100 puerperants underwent childbirth in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2014 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the study group and the control group with 50 cases in each. Both groups were treated by the conventional nursing, and the study group was additionally given psychological nursing. The HAMD scores, SDS scores, natural childbirth rate, nursing satisfaction and incidence of complications of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results After nursing, compared with the control group, the study group had much lower HAMD scores [(16.5 ±3.3) vs (21.3 ±1.2)]points, (P<0.05); obviously lower SDS scores [(39.3±5.5) vs (46.3±5.3)] points, (P<0.05). The study group had much higher level of nursing satisfaction than the control group (92.00% vs 76.00%)(P<0.05). The natural birth rate of the study group was obviously higher than that of the control group (58.00% vs 32.00%) (P<0.05). The incidence of complications was 4.00% in the study group, which was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Strengthening the psychological nursing for puerperants before, in and after child-birth, can improve the psychological status, reduce the negative mood, and promote the rehabilitation of the body in puerperants, which is worthy of popularization and application.
