激素替代人工周期中药疗法治疗卵巢早衰的临床研究

摘要

目的 考察激素替代人工周期中药疗法对卵巢早衰治疗的临床疗效. 方法 随机选取2014年7月-2015年2月入住该院的例卵巢早衰患者66例,随机分为两组. 观察组33例采用激素替代人工周期中药疗法;对照组33例采用激素替代疗法,疗程 3 个月,观察临床疗效;随访 3 个月后继续观察临床疗效. 结果 观察组治愈 15 例,好转 13 例,未愈 10例,总有效率为 85.84%;随访3个月,治愈7例,好转14例,未治愈12例,治愈率63.64%. 血清促卵泡素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)、促黄体生成素(LH)治疗后明显改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后的临床症状改善总有效率为75.23%,差异也具有统计学意义(P<0.05). 对照组中治愈4例,好转10例,未治愈16例,治愈率51.52%;停药3个月后,治愈0例,好转10例,未治愈23例治愈率33,30%,差异也具有统计学意义(P<0.05). 结论 使用激素替代人工周期中药疗法治疗卵巢早衰治愈效果显著,优于单一的治疗方法.%Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hormone replacement therapy combined with TCM artificial periodic therapy on premature ovarian failure. Methods 66 cases with premature ovarian failure admitted in our hospital from July 2014 to February 2015 were randomly selected and divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group with 33 cases in each. Patients in the observation group were treated by hormone replacement therapy combined with TCM artificial periodic thera-py, while those in the control group were treated by hormone replacement therapy. The clinical efficacy was observed in both groups after 3-month treatment. And the clinical efficacy was observed in both groups continuously after 3-month follow-up. Re-sults In the observation group, 15 cases were cured, 13 cases were improved, 10 cases were uncured, the total efficiency was 85.84%. After following up for 3 months, 7 cases were cured, 14 cases were improved, 12 cases were uncured, the cure rate was 63.64%. Serum follicle stimulating element (FSH), estradiol(E2) and luteinizing hormone(LH) improved significantly after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the total efficiency of clinical symptoms improvement was 75.23%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). In the control group, 4 cases were cured, 10 cases were improved, 16 cases were uncured, the cure rate was 51.52%. After three months of stopping treatment, 0 case was cured, 10 cases were im-proved, 23 cases were uncured, the cure rate was 33.30%, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Hormone replacement therapy combined with TCM artificial periodic therapy has significant effect, which is better than single therapy.
